Stunning dress blue uniform coat named to Chief Petty Officer J.H. Kilmartin, Chief Pharmacist's Mate. The coat is marked 36 Regular, and in excellent condition, no moth nips, double row of buttons, left side buttons are removeable, but the best part is the bullion eagle which is perfect! Very hard to upgrade this beauty!
