Nice OD7 cotton duck first aid pouch with contents, dated 1945. Wooden Iodine tube is empty, as are the bottles but the water purification bottle is still sealed with tablets; paper is coming apart on the Carlisle bandage.
 
Adopted 17 August 1943, the Kit, Jungle, Medical, Individual, M-2 was issued in the Pacific Theater but not the European Theater and used by both the US Army and USMC.
