Beautiful and hard to find women's M1943 field jacket dated 1944 but used by a Vietnam era veteran. US Army Medical Command Europe patch, collar tag is missing but the pocket tag is present, size 16R, missing one button and has a few small stains on the front, otherwise in excellent condition with hardly any fading or fraying of the cuffs which is usually seen.
