Very nice, complete, Air Medal named to Jesse J.  Painter. I have not researched him but I suspect he was a Vietnam veteran as this appears to be a re-issue medal. Medal is marked LI GI for Lordship Industries (producing from 1975-1986). Case has slight wear. Great research project!
