Commercial made camo boonie cap, with a tag reading "Hoa- Nhamay..."  that appears to have been added post-war. A black light test revealed the hat and label do not glow but the thread attaching the label does glow. Minor fading and wear, inside measures approximately 21 3/4  inches.

 

Special Forces and other military advisors wore private purchase camouflage early in the war but this was not typically seen after the government issued "Tiger Stripe" and EDL uniforms.
