Appears to be a modified M7881 Suture Kit, cut down to only hold two instruments; consists of a clamp stamped "44" on both pieces, and forceps that are marked "Hackensack". The khaki canvas case has minor wear and soiling and has faint markings "? SKLAR Mfg.Co."; instruments are in great condition, no rust.
