Original USGI plastic bag made for keeping rife magazines dry, but were also used to keep anything that would fit in them dry. The bags are dated April 1970 and in mint, unissued condition. We have a large number in stock. The "Chieu Hoi" message printed on the bags, was for the North Vietnamese Army or Viet Cong to use these bags to surrender and guarenteed them safe passage.
