I believe this to be an earlier version of the US Naval Sea Cadet Corps created in 1958. Overall great condition consisting of a child's size jumper, pants, and white "Dixie Cup" cap. Jumper has the Junior Naval Cadets of America patch, a "Fulton" tab, and Petty Officer 3rd class rank patch. There is one small hole on the bottom pants leg about 1 inch long. The jumper measures approximately 17 1/2" armpit to armpit, sleeves measure approximately 19" long, the pants waist measures approximately 25 1/2".
