Uncommon, Christmas edition Bugler brand cigarette rolling machine kit in original boxes. Comes with rolling machine, extra apron for machine, instructions and 9 packs of rolling papers. The two packs of tobacco are unfortunately long gone. Inner and outer boxes are intact but have wear and minor damage- small tears and rips, but overall in decent shape. There's no date but I've seen most of these on other sites listed as 1950's. I think this one may be earleir because the instruction sheet looks older than other ones I've seen. Great display piece!
